One of Bali's best-known beaches, with a large stretch of sand, surf schools and busy crowds especially around sunset.

01The beach is large and sandy, and especially popular for surfing and sunsets.
02Compared to Nusa Dua, Kuta has a more laid-back, unpolished atmosphere, with less of a resort feel and more activity around the beach.
03If you'd like to watch the sunset, it's best to arrive a little early, as the beach gets quite crowded around that time.
